TEKNIK-TEKNIK PENGAWASAN YANG MEMPENGARUHI KINERJA PEGAWAI SEKRETARIAT DAERAH KOTA TASIKMALAYA
AbstractThis research is motivated by the findings of the author with the symptoms of the low performance of the Tasikmalaya City Regional Secretariat employees in carrying out their work according to their tasks and functions. The research method used is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques used were documentation studies and field studies conducted through observation and questionnaires. Hypothesis testing uses multiple linear regression analysis, while data processing is assisted using SPSS for Windows software version 22.0, Microsoft Excel 2013 and presented in the form of SPSS output and mathematical equations. The research results obtained data that the supervision carried out by the leadership of each work unit in the Tasikmalaya City Regional Secretariat has a moderate influence on employee performance, but if seen that supervision only contributes 27.95% and the rest is influenced by other variables, such as employee competence, culture organization, motivation and others, the influence of supervision is not large, this is due to the awareness of the employee to work well even though not supervised by the leadership.
