Abstract

Quality service is a service that can provide satisfaction to service recipients. This study aims to analyze the Implementation of Government Regulations Regarding Minimum Service Standards at the Panglayungan Health Center in Tasikmalaya City. Minimum Service Standards, are provisions regarding the Types and Quality of Basic Services which are the Obligatory Government Affairs that are entitled to be obtained by every citizen at a minimum. The research method used is a qualitative method. The type of research data consists of primary and secondary data, while data collection techniques are carried out through observation, documentation studies and in-depth interviews. In qualitative research, data analysis is performed by reducing data, displaying data and drawing conclusions from the phenomena occurring in the field relating to minimum service standards at the Panglayungan Health Center in Tasikmalaya City. Based on the results of research on the implementation of Government Regulations on Minimum Service Standards in the Panglayungan Health Center in Tasikmalaya City, it can run effectively by improving communication, namely the ability of Panglayungan Health Center employees, including by providing easy access to information to the community, supported by the availability of health workers who have the ability in accordance with what is needed. by the community, as well as other facilities. The officers are more responsive to the needs and expectations of the community adjusted to the main tasks and functions as well as the authority held by the Puskesmas.
