Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of education policies in Tasikmalaya Regency, where the availability of education and education personnel, as well as school facilities and infrastructure are still lacking, one of them is from the aspect of education budget sourced from the Tasikmalaya Regency Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget get attention. The research method used in this research is descriptive method. The type of data in this study consists of primary data, that is data collected and processed by the researcher directly from the subject or object of research, and secondary data that is data not obtained directly from the object or subject of research. .Based on the results of the study showed that education policies and human resource development strategies in Tasikmalaya Regency are still low, the lack of educators and education staff, as well as facilities and infrastructure that do not make the quality of education in Tasikmalaya Regency still low. The strategy of the Tasikmalaya Regency Government in the field of education is by increasing equity and expanding access to quality education, and in reality the strategy has not been achieved in an effort to improve and develop human resources.
