Abstract

The realization of the implementation of activities / programs carried out by the Tasikmalaya Regency Industry and Trade Office has not fully reached the specified target, so this research is related to the performance problems of employees at the Tasikmalaya Regency Industry and Trade Office. The research method used in this study was qualitative method, the data collection technique was carried out through literature studies and field studies consisting of observations, documentation studies and in-depth interviews with several informants who had important information related to the research theme. Data analysis technique is done through data reduction, data display, and data verification. Based on the results of the study showed that the performance of employees in the Department of Industry and Trade of Tasikmalaya Regency can be achieved optimally when measurements are used through quality of work, pomptnees, initiatives, capability and communication and communication .
